Fourth of July TV Special

In honor of the 232nd anniversary of American independence, the U.S. Embassy is airing a 30-minute television special in celebration of the deepening U.S.-Cambodian bilateral relationship. Produced in cooperation with National Television of Cambodia (TVK), the special will be aired on Friday, July 4, 2008 by multiple television stations at varying times throughout the day. Please see below for a complete listing of broadcast stations and times.

The special features Cambodian TV personality Ms. Norng Thouk, who interviews Embassy officials about U.S. Government activities in Cambodia during the past year. Embassy participants include Ambassador Joseph A. Mussomeli, Chief of the Office of Defense Cooperation Major Chris Mills, and Acting USAID/Cambodia Mission Director Scot Covert. The Embassy's Deputy Chief of Mission, Piper A. W. Campbell, serves as the program host.
